The Administrative Assistant will provide office and administrative support for the facility or department to ensure efficient operations. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
· Coordinate and maintain calendars for assigned leaders or teams, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. |
· Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations; ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. |
· Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, or in person; provide information or route requests appropriately. |
· Organize and update electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents. |
· Arrange meeting spaces, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes as needed. |
· Track inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock for efficient office operations. |
· Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and enter data into systems accurately and timely. |
· High School Diploma/GED |
· Associate’s degree preferred |
· Minimum 2 years of office experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting |
· Data entry experience in a wide variety of platforms |
