We are seeking dependable and reliable caregivers who are willing to accept client assignments throughout Fairbanks and North Pole and who are available to work with Medicaid, Private Pay, and VA clients, consistent with operational needs, client availability, caregiver qualifications, and continuity of care requirements.
During the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process, applicants are informed that caregiver assignments, schedules, and service locations may vary based on business operations, staffing needs, client care demands, payer source requirements, and case availability. While caregiver preferences may be considered when operationally feasible, specific locations, schedules, hours, or client types cannot be guaranteed.
We are seeking caregivers who are able to maintain consistent attendance, fulfill assigned schedules, and commit to client care responsibilities. Applicants are encouraged to carefully evaluate their availability, transportation arrangements, scheduling flexibility, and outside employment commitments prior to accepting employment to ensure their ability to meet the essential functions and expectations of the position.
