Overview

As Vice President of Growth, you'll lead enterprise growth strategy for a multi-state Personal Care business, driving expansion across Medicaid, Veterans Administration (VA), IDD, Private Pay, and consumer-directed models—shaping the future of how seniors and adults receive quality care. You'll own where we grow, how we win, and how growth scales—from market and segment strategy through go-to-market execution, demand generation, and performance management—with real visibility and influence at the executive table. You'll build commercial playbooks, marketing engines, and operating cadence that empower field teams to drive consistent, sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment—creating systems that enable others to succeed. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, sales enablement, and operations and partners closely with executive and regional leadership.

  • Comfort working in a multi‑site, matrixed organization.
  • Commitment to quality care, compliance, and person‑centered service
