Deliver high-quality personal caregiving services in accordance with individualized plans of care, ensuring the dignity, comfort, and well-being of clients in their own homes. This role requires compassionate, patient care with a commitment to maintaining client independence while providing essential support for daily living activities and promoting overall quality of life.

• Assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while promoting independence and dignity; uses proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety and comfort during all personal care activities
• Prepares nutritious meals and accommodates special diets as specified in the care plan, including dietary restrictions, preferences, and medical requirements while maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping to support clients' health, well-being, and comfort
• Provides safe transportation assistance to and from medical appointments, social activities, shopping, and community outings; ensures client comfort and safety during all transit
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their quality of life and social engagement
• Other duties as assigned

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; comfortable documenting care information and communicating with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information and maintaining strict client privacy; understanding of and commitment to HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations
• Ability to work independently
